SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING POLICY
When you place an order with us , we either ship on the same day or the next working
day through our courier partners. The information for the same will be Whatsapp
on your no or mail you on your email id. The courier company takes generally 6-9 days
to deliver at your doorstep. Mostly the delivery will be OTP based so would request
you to be ready with it, or incase someone else is receiving it on your behalf kindly
give them required OTP. In case you are not available than you can request the courier
partner to deliver on your available date.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
With the process we follow we have made sure to deliver you the right product. After receiving the product kindly take a video of PARCEL OPENING TO CLAIM for return only if the good is damaged or if you receive the courier in a damaged condition.
